Operating hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00.
To request our information services: 1. Send us your detailed request of information, 2. We'll give you a quote, time estimate and scope of the research, 3. We'll provide you the order link, 4. We reseach locally for your information, 5. We'll send the complete information.
All services are paid in full upon completion or delivery of the information unless a prepayment is required.
We will reply to all requests within 24 hours to provide a Quote.
We ask that you request information services at least 24-48 hours in advance. For multiple services 48-72 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate requests as soon as possible. All requests are on a first come, first serve basis.
Prices listed on our website or provided in a Quote are for services rendered by MedellinTravelAdvisor and do not include services for third party vendors, or merchandise purchased to those companies.
Cancellations require 24 hour notice. Failure to provide notice will result in a $25.00 fee.
When access to information of business is inaccessible or cannot be found, the customer won't be charged and MedellinTravelAdvisor will inform to the customer that the information cannot be found.
MedellinTravelAdvisor works primarily in the Medellin (Metropolitan Area) and Rionegro (Llanogrande). Services requested outside this area may require additional charges.
MedellinTravelAdvisor will provide services that are only legal and ethical. We have
the right to refuse any business we feel is unsafe and incongruous for its employees.

Fees and Payments

Online purchases (including all applicable handling and mailing costs and taxes, if any) made by you on or through the MedellinTravelAdvisor site are completly secure.

All orders are processed immediately, however some orders may be processed manually upon receipt in next 24 hours or sooner.

MedellinTravelAdvisor does not get in contact with orders being processed or credit card numbers. Once you order thorugh ShareIT (www.shareit.com), the charge will be reflected in your credit card statement as Shareit.com or Element5 AG or Digital River software registration.
